The relationship is aimed at developing the production of devices that will allow companies to remotely manage their utility consumption, thereby reducing their CO2 emissions and carbon footprint.
We supported the Investor at all stages of the transaction: from acquiring shares from the Danish shareholder to negotiating and agreeing the terms of further cooperation between the shareholders (SHA).
