He participates in mergers and acquisitions, demergers and business transformations. He offers advice on restructuring and bankruptcy processes. He is also involved in all types of proceedings related to corporate conflicts.
He was a judge of the Court of Arbitration at the Central Securities Depository of Poland S.A.
He publishes and runs the blog www.prawainwestora.pl. He is also a valued commentator on stock market events for well-known news portals. In 2024, he was recommended in the “Rzeczpospolita” Ranking of Law Firms in the capital markets and regulatory consulting category.
He is a member of the supervisory board of Answear.com S.A., Selvita S.A. and Apius Technologies S.A.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University.
Her main area of expertise is Polish and international M&A transactions, legal services for VC/PE investments and corporate law. She also deals with the protection of intellectual property rights and the e-commerce market.
She designs and implements legal, tax and business solutions on a daily basis for her clients. She has experience in transactions involving entities from various industries, mainly new technologies (fintech, biotech, gaming). She manages projects on the Polish and international markets (Europe, Asia, North America).
She actively shares her knowledge and experience. She provides training for students and entrepreneurs. She is a legislative expert at the Chamber of Electronic Economy as well as a member of the Court of the Chamber of Electronic Economy. She is active in the economy of values movement, Open Eyes Economy on Tour. As a speaker, she is an expert in law for new technologies. She trains law students with the European Law Students’ Association. She is a lead mentor at the Women in Law Foundation for young female lawyers.
She is actively involved in the activities of the “Beautiful Angels” Association, of which she is vice president. In 2021, she was awarded the prestigious title of the Philanthropist of Krakow and was listed among the 25 most prominent female lawyers by Forbes magazine. Recognized as the leader in the private equity category in the “Rzeczpospolita” Ranking of Law Firms 2024.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University.
