• Legal advice on company-initiated share registration proceedings before the National Depository for Securities (KDPW).
• Representing the company in proceedings before the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW) in connection with the registration of shares in KDPW.
• Acting as the company’s Authorized Advisor – attorney-at-law Anita Gwóźdź and attorney-at-law Mieszko Kuźma are our experienced Certified NewConnect Advisors.
• Preparing the information document and the application for the listing of the company’s shares on NewConnect, providing legal oversight of the information document as a whole, and representing the Issuer in proceedings before the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), including holding the master copy of the information document.
• Representing the company in court proceedings for entry of the issuance of new shares and amendments to the company’s Articles of Association into the National Court Register (KRS) of entrepreneurs.
• Providing legal advice on compliance with disclosure obligations by the company, members of governing bodies, and significant shareholders.
