Marcin Grzymkowski takes over another e-commerce company

Marcin Grzymkowski is one of the best-known Polish entrepreneurs and investors. The winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year title, the inventor of eobuwie.pl and Modivo platforms, and a pioneer of e-commerce in the footwear industry, he has invested in another project: Noski Noski, a Silesian premium toy retailer.

Noski Noski and their new partner will now work together to grow this e-commerce business and capture new markets.

Now we are back to Poland! The transaction we were involved in concerned GET IT, a leader in linguistic solutions for the life science industry.

CK Legal supported the Buyer throughout the transaction process: from the negotiation of the letter of intent through legal and tax due diligence to the negotiation and signing of the share purchase agreement.

One of the investors is our client, RBL_VC by Alior Bank. Other round participants included PKO TFI, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, Innovation Nest i Black Pearls VC, 3TS Capital Partners and Elevator Ventures.

This is another stage of the investment process in which we have been supporting RBL_VC by Alior Bank. In the first round, we conducted a legal due diligence on Autenti, and now we have advised our client in negotiating the investment agreement.

Kruk S.A. prospectus signed off by KNF

The prospectus for Kruk S.A.'s 9th Bond Issuance Program has been approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), forming a basis for the issue of bonds for up to PLN 700 million throughout the coming year.
