"Too many lawyers believe that it is essential to legal English that one write as pompously as possible, using words and phrases that have long since disappeared from normal English discourse "* - is how the famous U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia summed up the work of some lawyers.
In the everyday work of our law firm, we care about language and communication. We are well aware that our clients have not graduated from the law school and are not familiar with many legal terms.
That is why we limit the legal nomenclature to a minimum, we do not theorize, we speak BUSINESS LANGUAGE.
What does it give us?
We understand our clients, who can feel that they are putting their affairs in the right hands.
We are simply lawyers who speak human language.
