No more corporate bonds for common people. Investor rights’ protection

 The Getback affair is going to change a lot on the Polish bond market. After the affair, Polish Financial Supervision Authority took intensive measures, such as issuing a communication prohibiting "proactive" (!) offering of corporate bonds by banks to retail investors (individuals) whose funds at a given institution do not exceed EUR 100,000.
